Oversea Sales & Marketing Executive
Major responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Sales and business development Director
- Develop new customer accounts for overseas market
- Exploit new business opportunities, ability to promote sales.
- Provide quotation, samples and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide effective communications between customers and coordinate internal departments.
- Reach monthly sales target
- Develop sales strategy and plans
- To expand market share & increase customer base to achieve sales target
Requirements:
- 7 or above
- 3 years’ experience and actual performance in exporting sales & marketing is a must
- Proven performance in related fields is perferred
- Excellent command of Written and Spoken of English and Mandarin
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with level of customer services techniques.
- Work independently and under high pressure
Senior Mechandising Manager
Major responsibilities:
- Building business relationships with the world's leading mobile phone manufacturers and major carriers as well as the valuable suppliers.
- Handle sourcing, product development and production, source right suppliers and analysis on their capability / capacity, factories and products.
- Work with the purchasing team to handle purchasing activities, such as purchase order execution, follow up with suppliers. Responsible for price negotiation, correspondences & quality claims etc.
- Proactively develop categories of product handled and explore new opportunity, identify potential products – new items
- Ensure product quality, delivery and price objectives have met our requirements
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years purchasing experience in the worldwide trading field is a must.
- Strong product, supplier and cost knowledge in mobile phone industry is essential.
- Initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges
- Strong self-confidence and enthusiasm in the job. Well organized, responsible and demonstrable ability to work independently.
- Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP System will be an asset
- Excellent English is a must, either spoken or written. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
- Strong with PC Knowledge (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
